Autumn Dinners Made Easy
When summer salads are gone you want autumn dinners to be made easy.
We can help.
Come on - summer ending and autumn beginning is not all bad news. Yes, the temperature drops a bit and the evenings get darker earlier, but there are good things too. Favourite sweaters come back into service. There’s an excuse to buy a new coat. (You hadn’t thought of that yourself? Really?) And the food gets, well, cosier somehow. You know you love it.
But let’s be honest, the downside is that you see, stretching before you, hours of slaving over a hot cooker.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
If you don’t love the idea of the extra effort needed to make more than a summer salad we’ve got some great suggestions on how to keep the cooking simple. We have been researching on your behalf. Our objective was to help you by finding ways to take the stress out of making autumn dinners. Take a look at some of the brilliant products we’ve been testing and now have in store.
First up is the Tower 9 in 1 Multi Cooker. And when we say multi - we mean it. This rather magical piece of kitchen kit has 9 functions. Yes, 9! You can use it to steam, fry, stew, sear, roast, saute, fondue and it’s a rice cooker as well as a slow cooker. With a 5.6 litre capacity it’s more than capable of coping with a family meal. Really simple to use it comes with a steam rack, frying basket, slotted spoon and six forks as well. We think you’ll love it.
Prestige is a brand that never disappoints us and the Prestige 3.5L Slow Cooker positively pleases us. It’s good looking for a start. And it’s good cooking too. The best thing though is that it does its cooking while you’re doing other things. Hot nourishing autumn dinners with zero fuss - that’s what we call a win win situation.
We’ve mentioned capacity and litres a couple of times so far. If size impresses you, brace yourself. Meet the 7.2 litre Sabichi 3 Tier Compact Food Steamer. Those three tiers mean you can cook several different food types at the same time. The 60 minute timer means you never overcook anything. It’s a really healthy way to make an autumn dinner - simply.
Now, don’t think we’ve gone from one extreme to the other if, just after a steamer, we mention the word ‘fryer’. The Tower Airwave Halogen Fryer is a super smart device that’s very much to do with healthy eating. You can fry with it (the clue is in the name) and you can also grill, roast and bake with it. Whatever you do with it you’ll use 80% less fat. Amazing!
That’s four fantastic products all of which prove you can have nourishing, healthy autumn evening meals without hours of standing over a stew.
Like we said. It’s a win win situation.
